Product Description

Ball screws can be classified into two types based on their ball recirculation mechanisms: internal recirculation systems and external recirculation systems.

In an internal recirculation system, the balls remain within the nut housing during the recirculation process. This design avoids external projections, resulting in a more compact ball screw. Additionally, since recirculation occurs only within the nut housing, these systems produce less noise and vibration. For instance, the MIF1204C ball screw employs a floating guide that allows the balls to pass through the screw shaft diameter and redirect them back to adjacent grooves.
